Welcome to DOGMASH OS. By logging in and using our breeder management system ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Data Storage and Privacy

By using DOGMASH OS, you consent to the storage and processing of the data you input (including but not limited to personal contacts, health records, litters, and financial sales data) on our secure servers. While we implement reasonable security measures, the Service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee absolute data security against unauthorized breaches.

2. Global Pedigree Database Contribution

A core feature of DOGMASH OS is building a comprehensive and interconnected canine network. By entering dogs, puppies, and litters into the Service, you explicitly agree that non-sensitive canine data (such as registered names, call names, breeds, colors, health test results, titles, and offspring relations) may become part of a global, centralized DogMash Pedigree Database. This allows us to generate extensive, accurate pedigrees and track genetics across different kennels and breeders within the DogMash ecosystem.

Note: Financial data (prices, contracts) and your private buyer contacts will always remain strictly confidential and visible only to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to dog breeding and management. You must not use the Service to store malicious code, spam, or conduct fraudulent activities. Automated scraping or bot-driven access is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

DOGMASH OS and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or miscalculated breeding/health dates. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical kennel records.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or if the Service undergoes structural changes during its Beta phase.

7. Subscriptions, Pricing & Refunds

DOGMASH OS operates as a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS). New workspaces are granted a 90-day free trial period. Upon expiration of this trial, continued access to the system requires an active, paid subscription. Current subscription tiers and billing cycles can be reviewed on our official Pricing Page.

Because we provide a comprehensive, fully functional 90-day trial for you to evaluate the platform prior to purchase, all subscription payments are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
