Germany's championship system is administered by the Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH), the sole FCI-recognized national kennel club for Germany. The German system is highly prestigious and strict. There are no "fast-track" options for foreign dogs; everyone must complete the full requirements. However, the VDH offers a unique "Double Count" system where wins at major shows count twice, significantly speeding up the process. Always confirm current conditions directly with vdh.de before applying.
