Background and role
The Rottweiler Club of Victoria is the only Rottweiler club in the state recognised by Dogs Victoria.
It publishes a breeder listing that gives, for each kennel, the location, the prefix and the names of the people behind it - a directory that makes it possible to tie an affix to its owner, which the state-wide breeder listings generally do not.
