About the Club
Background and role
The Association Canine Territoriale de Basse-Normandie is the territorial canine association for Lower Normandy — one of the arms through which the Société Centrale Canine works region by region.
Its pages keep a directory of the working clubs of its territory beside its own calendar, and the calendar is a working record of what an ACT does: the dog show at Maltot, confirmation sessions at which dogs are examined for entry in the French stud book, the field trial at Canisy, the basic obedience certificate and its own general assembly.
Its president is Lionel Blemus, who judges the whole of Group 7 and seven scenthound breeds of Group 6.
