About the Club
Background and role
The Association Canine Territoriale de l'Oise, which signs itself ACTO, is the territorial canine association for the Oise in the Hauts-de-France. It is one of the arms through which the Société Centrale Canine works department by department.
Its pages are built around what an ACT actually does: a committee, membership, an events calendar of its own, a section on confirmation and a directory of the working clubs of the department. The confirmation sessions are published a year ahead — five of them for 2026, at Compiègne in February, April and November, at Agnetz in May and at Margny-lès-Compiègne in September.
Michel Beyer sits on its committee and chairs its working clubs.
