About the Club
Background and role
The Association Canine Territoriale de Seine-Maritime is the territorial canine association for the Seine-Maritime, in Normandy. Its own pages describe it as an association under the French law of 1901 affiliated to the Société Centrale Canine, and give its seat in Rouen.
An ACT is the federation's arm in one department: it groups the working clubs of its territory, runs the confirmation sessions at which dogs are examined for entry in the French stud book, and holds the shows of its area. This one keeps a section for its working clubs beside its show and confirmation calendar — the confirmation at Cuverville-en-Caux in June 2026 and the CACS show at the Château de Miromesnil in July 2026 among them.
Emmanuel Bénard is its vice-president.
