Società Amatori Cane Corso (SACC)

La Società Amatori Cane Corso (SACC) is the official breed association dedicated to the preservation, study, and promotion of the Cane Corso Italiano. Founded on October 18, 1983, the organization was established by a group of passionate breeders and enthusiasts with the primary mission of recovering and safeguarding this historic Italian breed. Their dedicated efforts were instrumental in the official recognition of the Cane Corso as the 14th Italian breed by the Ente Nazionale della Cinofilia Italiana (ENCI) on January 20, 1994.

Today, the SACC operates as an official specialized association under the ENCI, tasked with the formal protection of the breed. Its core objectives include:
