Michigan Labrador Retriever Club (MLRC)

The Michigan Labrador Retriever Club (MLRC) is a dedicated breed organization established in September 2022, serving the Mid-Michigan area with a central hub in greater Lansing. Although the club is a relatively new entity, its foundation is built upon a wealth of expertise, with founding members collectively possessing nearly 300 years of experience in the Labrador Retriever breed. The organization is composed of a diverse group of dog owners, breeders, enthusiasts, champions, and competitors who share a unified commitment to the preservation and integrity of the Labrador Retriever.

The primary mission of the MLRC is to work tirelessly to preserve the true Labrador breed. This commitment to excellence is reflected in the club's leadership and membership, which includes 6 American Kennel Club (AKC) judges and 5 sweepstakes judges.
