• Health and Welfare: The PSDPC prioritizes the health of the breed by hosting an annual Health Day for members, offering echocardiograms and laboratory work, and providing rental access to Holter monitor equipment.

The club encourages active participation through volunteerism. Members who assist in running events or contribute to trophy funds can earn Health Day subsidy credits. Meetings are held on the second Monday of alternate months (January, March, May, July, September, and November).
