GRAUSTURM

About the Kennel
Background and breeding focus
Grausturm was established in 1985 with two Weimaraners, Ch Silberuss Blanche CD and Gunesh Silver Karn. She bought her first long-haired Weimaraner in 1996 and set out to build a gene pool of long-haired dogs able to compete against the short-haired ones.
In 2018 she imported the first Wirehaired Slovakian Pointer into Australia. The kennel has bred more than seventy Australian champions, five international champions, six tracking champions and three grand champions, from about one litter a year.
One point is left open rather than resolved: Dogs Australia records her at Lauderdale in Tasmania, and her own site says the dogs are situated in Tasmania, but its contact block gives a Victorian address.
