About the Kennel
Background and breeding focus
She and her mother, Ursula ("Ulla") Christian, breed the Beagle together under the kennel name vom Kemnader See in Witten, affiliated with the Beagle Club Deutschland. Her mother founded the kennel in 1987, after joining the club the previous year, and Christian joined her as co-breeder in 2000; the line now runs to eleven generations. Her mother also wrote the breed guide "Beagle" for the Kosmos "Praxiswissen Hund" series, published in 2024.
