Established on January 2, 1995, under the West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences Act, the West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences (WBUAFS) serves as a premier institution in India dedicated to advanced education, specialized training, and rigorous research in the fields of veterinary and animal sciences.
