| CACIB Show | FCI-sanctioned international beauty championship. CACIB and national CAC certificates can be awarded. The primary show type for exhibitors building a championship campaign. |
| CAC Show | National all-breed beauty show. Only the national CAC is awarded — no CACIB. Useful for building national championships without an international show schedule. |
| Specialty Show | Breed or group-specific shows organised by individual breed clubs, often running alongside CACIB events. Entry is through the same ODS account. |
| Show Cluster | Multi-day events with 2–4 shows on consecutive days. ODS handles individual entries per day within the cluster, allowing selective participation. |

| Slovakia & Czech Republic | Slovakia uses its own ODS instance at onlinedogshows.sk. Czech Republic uses DogOffice CZ. The main onlinedogshows.eu may list some shows from these countries, but their dedicated national portals should be checked first. |

Can I change my dog's class after submitting the entry? +
Class selection is final after submission. If you notice an error, you must contact the show organiser (not ODS support) before the entry deadline. Correction is at the organiser's discretion only.
How does pricing work on ODS? +
ODS uses tiered pricing — fees increase as the deadline approaches. Most shows have 2–3 price tiers. After the "Current prices valid until" date passes, the fee jumps to the next tier automatically.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my entry? +
Refunds are available before the deadline, minus an administrative fee (typically ~6%). After the deadline, no refunds are issued.
