• GSDL British Regional Group (BRG): Formed in 2010, this group focuses on breed exhibitions under WUSV and SV principles. These events emphasize conformation, mandatory health testing, and working qualifications. Grades achieved at these events are recognized internationally by the SV and WUSV.
• GSDL Working Group (WDG): Established in 2007, this branch promotes the German Shepherd as a true working dog. It provides a gateway into the sport of IGP, offering training and trials for all levels, from beginners to international competitors.

Rules and International Recognition

The GSDL is an affiliated member of the WUSV, representing the UK on a global stage. The club adheres to strict international standards, ensuring that its IGP trials, character assessments, and breed shows are recognized worldwide. The organization maintains a high standard of judging, employing qualified SV judges for both conformation and working trials.
