About Robert Harbin
Robert Harbin is an all-breeds judge from Mount Ousley, New South Wales.
He judged the Toy and Working groups, Best Puppy in Show and Best in Show at the Vereeniging and District Kennel Club championship show in South Africa in 2019, on a panel that also included his wife Deborah Harbin on terriers, Sue Bownds on hounds and Erin Brown on the utility group.
