About the Kennel

Background and breeding focus

Together with Theo Marpe, she bred Irish Wolfhounds under the kennel affix "Ard Ri" from 1978 to 1999; the kennel's dogs were among those that helped establish the breed in Germany from the mid-1970s onward, including a 1980 World Champion title in Verona. She currently owns Afghan Hounds and Irish Wolfhounds.
